Question by schpadoinkle: Does having 1 autoimmune disorder make you a lot more most likely to get an additional autoimmune disease?
Is it achievable that getting 1 autoimmune illness can lead to other people? It seems like all three of my main medical concerns are autoimmune disorders, and I’m just wondering if they’re somehow connected, or if I can expect to create others. The ones I’ve got are Hashimoto’s, a gallbladder issue (no longer have the gallbladder), and psoriasis.

I have sarcoidosis and as far as I know it will not cause another autoimmune disorder but its remedy will (lupus, cushions disease, ect.). The cure for mine is named prednisone and has many poor side effects other than what I just listed. People with poor psoriasis (like my dad) can go on Embril which like prednisone is an autoimmune suppressant. I would research it. It would be Really unlikely if your troubles had been not somehow connected. If you are on any medication I would appear into it! Hope this assists!!!!
