Good but not enough,
It’s really good to know that my thyoid problem in all these years is associated with auto-immune issue, and that may make sense,
that’s why it’s never have a chance to be better and have to supplement thyroid hormone. And why I am still anemia instead of supplement Iron all the time, the gastrointestinal tracks with low HCL, the absorption problem,etc.
However, I did not find very effective treatment /or witness such as detox,or anyway to calm down or balance the immune response.

This is such an informative book. I’m work through so many ideas. Trying to see what I need to ask my doctor about. Which answers I already have. It’s so helpfully for those of us who have lots of health problems and don’t want to just take another pill.
